I help motivated individuals develop a healthier relationship with themselves and with others. While working together, I seek to create a safe space for you to express yourself, process your thoughts and feelings, and work towards overcoming challenges and reaching personal goals.

I like to meet my clients where they are at mentally and emotionally. I aim to make my clients feel comfortable opening up, respected, and supported. I enjoy working with a wide variety of individuals from all backgrounds and identities.

In our sessions together, I will meet you with compassion, honesty, and the motivation to help you overcome the difficulties that are holding you back from being your best self. It is not always easy to be vulnerable and seek help but you are making the right choice!

  • My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered frameworks with practical skill-building. Therapy is collaborative and goal-oriented, balancing insight with structured strategies for change.

    I place importance on trauma-informed and culturally-responsive practice, recognizing that mental health does not exist outside of identity, lived experience, and systemic context.

    I am committed to providing affirming and inclusive care. Therapy includes thoughtful attention to identity, cultural background, familial and systemic influences that shape worldview and emotional well-being.

  • Sessions are conducted virtually and are 60 minutes in length. We begin with an initial intake session to work on rapport building, discuss treatment direction, and clarify goals.

    Therapy is an active process. You can expect reflection, skill-building, and accountability alongside compassion and support.

    I utilize a third-party billing system called Headway which allows you to easily add your insurance and instantly learn the copay/cost of your sessions.
