Hi, I’m Ciara.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) providing therapy and clinical supervision to adults. I have worked in a variety of settings throughout my career and now focus primarily on adult mental health and professional development. My work is strengths-based and centered on meeting clients and supervisees where they are in their lives and careers, helping them cultivate their strengths, and move toward their personal and professional goals.
I’m passionate about creating a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and reconnect with yourself. As a Black woman therapist, I value culturally aware, affirming care that honors your lived experience. I believe in authenticity, accountability, and boundaries — the kind that protect your peace and support your growth. My goal is that our work together creates space for reflection, clarity, and meaningful change.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, learning about different cultures, indulging in my guilty pleasures of true crime and reality TV shows, and a good cup of matcha. I am also a huge advocate for intentional and sustainable self-care.

Values
As a clinician, I value creating spaces that are affirming and attentive to the ways culture, identity, and systemic experiences shape mental health. Clinical work does not exist outside of context, and I approach both therapy and supervision with cultural humility and ethical intention.
I value accessibility to mental health services for communities who have historically had limited access. As a member of marginalized communities myself, I want to ensure that BIPOC, disabled, neurodivergent, and LGBTQIA+ communities feel seen, heard, respected, and supported.
